Service Description

A virtual group Pilates class to get your day going! We utilize exercise equipment all members have available. Classes vary day-to-day but are modifiable for all levels. A Zoom link will be provided after booking. *Please provide at least two (2) hours' notice if you have to cancel or reschedule. If you provide less than 2 hours' notice, you will be charged the full cost of the class.
