Service Description

A one-on-one private Pilates session tailored to your goals and needs. We will utilize equipment that you have available at your virtual location. A Zoom link will be provided after booking. *Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you have to cancel or reschedule the session. If you provide less than 24 hours' notice, you will be charged the full cost of the session.
