Service Description

A virtual group Pilates class to wrap up your day! This is a contemporary Pilates mat class, modifiable for all levels but great for beginners. A Zoom link will be provided after booking. *Please provide at least two (2) hours' notice if you have to cancel or reschedule. If you provide less than 2 hours' notice, you will be charged the full cost of the class.
